Which heavy bag should I get? - free standing bag water vs sand
I want to make good moves and kicks - not interested in a free-Face filled with water or sand ... try to pay less than $ 100 - that's what I see:

I heard water bags are also good - the thoughts are welcome.

Sometimes you will find "Everlast" or "Ringside" that someone paid a lot and lost interest in training, and sales in the document, or "craigslist" for a bargain
(worth a look).

Medium-water pockets are great. Much less wear and tear on the hands and feet of a regular punching bag. Combatsports.com sold water that Muay Thai is the perfect starting point for kicks and punches.
