Film Crew Hire How Should I Determine My Fee?

How should I determine my fee? - film crew hire

They offered me a job as director of multimedia project development. My boss wants to teach people to speak software, to create Quechua. I'm going to have to photographers, illustrators, editors, proofreaders, set a multimedia development team, a film crew, actors, and an editor, I coordinate all these actors. The entire project will be completed in 4 months ago. I have no idea how to pay my fees. HELP! Is there a formula?

I think it is an independent contractor and no fees. Take your normal salary + 20% for benefits. Divide the annual total of 2080 (= up to 40 hours per week for 52 weeks. However, subtract 40 for each week of leave since 2080). This is your base hourly wage. Add at least 15% as a minimum risk Add + 7.65% extra taxes on self-employment. This should be your min. Hourly rate.
