OK, here's the deal ... I bought the house in March this year in Oklahoma, and get to 61,000. I am funded by a group of investors and to pay approximately 13% in the owner made more than 10k on it. I pay 720.00 for the finance company and the sole owner of 50.00. I paid on time every month, but now my credit is worse than it was on account of a man and a lot of stuff is in default, and probably higher than 400 credit score now even when I was almost 600 .. . Is there anywhere / anyone can help make me a refinancing over 45K per year. I went to my contract at the end, I just read that, "says agreed to pay the balance in March 2008 means that if I lose my house payment?" I do not know what to do ... thank you ...

I recommend you immediately contact a lawyer specializing in real estate law. Also ask about the attorney's referall an attorney, credit repair, he did not care.
If you agreed to pay the balance at March 2008 I interpret this to mean that if you do not pay this sum in default, and I expect they could be closed.
I recommend you return to work with counsel to obtain your credit score and other legal options that you have to explore.
Mars is only 3 months. Since not much time left.

Do they not understand what they agreed upon before signing the papers.

I understand and do not have to pay in full in March 2008, could get a part-time work together to cover the mortgage or a shared apartment with.
